This center provides robust technical support for Fujian Zhoukai New Material Co., Ltd. The company has made significant investments in R&D for high-purity UHP 316L VV, C22, C276, and other materials, upgrading melting and forging processes for high-purity alloy steel.

Japan HORIBA gas analyzer: can accurately determine the content of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and other gas components, help melt depth purification control.

Carl Zeiss is a metallographic microscope: it can clearly observe the microstructure of the alloy, accurately observe the microstructure of the alloy, and accurately control the internal quality of the material. At the same time, the center is also equipped with Vickers hardness tester, universal testing machine and other testing equipment, covering the whole process of chemical composition analysis, internal defect detection, mechanical performance testing and other testing links, realizing the whole process quality control from raw materials to finished products.
